If a sales member receives a contract from a client, or it is necessary to draft a contract using a company template, the sales member adjusts the content, requests a peer review, and receives approval from the leader. After general affairs (legal staff) checks, the contract is submitted, and an agreement is made and reported. Furthermore, if general affairs discovers an inappropriate clause it is returned to the sales leader.
