Estimate Process

This process concerns responding promptly to estimate requests from clients. An "Initiation email," which includes Process Data [Initiation email body] and [Estimate] is sent to the client. As soon as the sales leader approves, the sales staff submits the estimate to the client and reports on prospects of orders, etc.

Invoice Issuing Process

Once the client confirms the receipt and inspection of the product(s), an invoice is issued and sent. Visualization of the steps from billing to payment reduces the risks of delays and omissions.

Official Twitter Posting Process

This process is for posting a tweet from the company’s official account, for word-of-mouth advertisement and branding. All employees can log into the official account. Ideas are pooled and improved for stable twittering.

Article Publishing Process

Articles are drafted based on requests from clients, press release information, or from information collected within the company. If there is time, the article can be proofread by a peer writer. Each article is published after approval by the leader.

Handling Change of Personal Info

Only members in charge of name registering have permission to change the member list. Requests for changing personal information received by the alumni office CC and class coordinators (including cases where coordinators confirm voluntarily) are handled by a member in charge of name registering. After the leader of name registering checks the change, the person whose information was changed is notified my email. Each process is recorded in a master log.
