. Sharing Agenda and Minute Process
It is not uncommon to find unorganized agendas at weekly or monthly meetings. That being said, it would be unfair to put the responsibility on one person, as this is something needed repeatedly. In this process, all members are required to submit a suggestion for the agenda, or if they do not have one, an explanation as to why they don’t have one.
