Each login user can set his/her own preferred language. The language setting applies to the web interface and notification emails. This is beneficial for companies that have in-house official languages or global companies with overseas branches. The default language will be decided on registration.

In each workflow (process model), the range of editing and browsing permissions can be set in detail for each data. This allows coexistence of independent improvement at each department and comprehensive cross-sectional improvement activities.
There is no way to change the process time, etc., that are recorded in logs. The data can be reliably used for monitoring.
Users with "User Management" authorization are in charge of setting and editing organizational structures, as well as each user's position and level of authorization. Major organizational changes are easily managed by importing a new list file (CSV) and changing information in batch. User information can also be synced with Google Apps group settings.
