Questetra BPM Suite is a Google Mashup award winning web-based Workflow product. It is capable to connect login authentication with Google Apps (including Google Apps for Free), and displaying ToDo gadget on your iGoogle.

※ OAuth : Between Systems both using OAuth Technology, a variety of Data transmission are provided taking place of logged in user. When Google Apps is 'OAuth Service Provider' and Questetra BPM Suite is 'OAuth Consumer', user will be able to write to the Google Calendar from Questetra BPM Suite. In such case, Questetra BPM Suite must be setup with 'Consumer Key' and Consumer Secret' acquired from Google Apps.
It is easy to connect with "Web form" of Google Docs. (Not have to be Google Apps)
For example, starting "Customer support process" or "Accepting Join-Event process" whenever there is input in Google Docs "Form". (Secure data connection with HTTPS-POST: setting sample) In other hand, as it can send emails automatically during the process, so automatically sending "Thanks" email in the middle of "Catalog inquired process" or connecting data to Picasa (photo) or Blogger(Blog) in "Creating picture image process" are available.
More variety of data connecting are available, only by setting "Advanced Tools" in GoogleApps.
Enable 'Consumer Key' in 'OAuth domain key' and copy-paste 'OAuth consumer secret' into 'System Setting' of Questetra BPM Suite, then various user data in Google Apps become accessible. (Secure data transmission with OAuth on Google Apps)

Can export deliverables to Google Docs directly and securely. No need to download for local file.
For example, select "Attachments" and export to Google docs in "Ringi process". And also can export a list of "Quote Data" in "Quote publishing process" that narrowed down by required items and period to SpreadSheet.
Can register deadline of task to Google Calendar. Can send directly and securely with one click. User can edit schedule during the task, moving to Edit Schedule screen of created schedule.
