Free Layouting of Task Execution Screen

With the new HTML Template feature, it is now possible to freely customize Task execution screens. Excel and Word interface designs can also be used as templates, allowing general users to operate Questetra BPM Suite with a familiar interface.

Table (List) in Task Execution Screens

A new Table-type Process Data Item enables the use of tables and lists in Task execution screens. This feature is useful for creating forms with a varying number of rows, such as estimate sheets and order specifications. When used with the new HTML Template function, users can reproduce Excel and Word forms within Questetra BPM Suite.

Stronger Integration with Google Apps (SaaS Edition only)

When logged into Questetra BPM Suite via Google Apps account, Users can upload attachments to Google Docs. There is also a new Gadget specially designed for the Gmail screen side menu.
