Q.As a leading company of Open Source Software, what kind of scene do you use Questetra BPM Suite?

We Miracle Linux, started as a domestic Linux OS vendor, have a lot of so called Engineer. With such background, we started paperless using Questetra 1 year ago.

We use it in almost whole company, and when we count the number of Workflow, it will be around 40 to 50.

Many of those Workflows are managed by the Accounting section. Specifically, they are "Travel expense settlement", "Expense application", "Travel Request", "Business Card order", "Computer Carry-in permission", "Review Request on Contract", "Admittance application", "recruitment request", "Responding Web Site" and so on.

Q.What is especially effective business processes?

As unique cases, "Contract Management" and "Review on press statement", both of them are combining Questetra BPM Suite and Google Apps. It allows us to work along the business rule. Very easy to use taking full advantage of Google Docs. Also we are promoting the use of the smartphone as well.

Reaffirm the Validity of the Cloud Computing through the Earthquake

Q.How much is your satisfaction on the functions and performance?

When the earthquake occurred, Google Apps and Questetra BPM Suite were the only system we could use without any problem. They were really helpful.
About Cloud computing system, we realized that it is "effective under disaster", besides advantage of "No need updating"

In terms of function, we like process model linkage. We are working on combining more various Workflows.

Q.Please tell us about features you frustrated now or desire for the future.

There already is feature that to see "how is concerned work now", but we want it more feel free to.
Especially, on "processes downstream and not completed yet", we appreciate if we could browse them any time.

We hope more advanced computation function and clear forms output.
We just feel the lack of functions on business flow about quote managements and settlements.
