Consulting Partner (Either individuals or corporations are eligible.)
Consulting partners are supposed to introduce Extension Key for Questetra BPM Suite Download Edition, licenses to use Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition, or user training. End users make contracts with Questetra. Rebates for partners are paid after the end users' payments are confirmed. (License renewal by online payment at Questetra is also considered as referral.)
Consulting partners are also required to sell "Extension Key for Questetra BPM Suite Download Edition, licenses to use Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition, or user training wholesale. Partners can sell these products and services by adding them into their own consulting services etc.
Integration Partner (Only corporations are eligible.)
In order to comply with end user needs (Custom Order), Questetra provides integration partners with related APIs and instruction manuals. Please contact us for details.
Start with "User Training" proposal
There are a number of obstacles when introducing BPM, such as business flow definition using BPMN, Process Data definition, customization of user input screens, and so on. Regardless of whether Questetra products are purchased or not, we recommend starting with asking end users to try the products and learn what 'BPM software' is like. Suggest end users to have in-house BPMN seminar or BPM study group.
Timing of "Partner Contract"In advance of providing end users with products and services, partners are required to establish "Consulting Partner Contract" with Questetra. Questetra provides a set of application documents for sales agents and a set of sales promotion materials and, if necessary, hold a product lecture (Q&A session). Sales as an additional serviceIf partners add Questetra products and services as part of their own services for end users, we recommend selling the products and services "wholesale." The payment deadline in case of "wholesale" is basically the end of the next month of the license issuance. |

Renewal of license
When an end user renews a license, for example an end user who purchased "6-month license" purchases "12-month license" 6 months later, the partner contract is valid for the 12-month license. If a license was initially purchased in wholesale style and, after that, is purchased as agent sales (including online payment in Questetra), rebates for agent sales will be paid.
