Questetra BPM Suite Download Edition is equipped Data Backup Function by system administrators, for a precaution in case an accident. With "Questetra BPM Suite Management" application installed by the installer, every information can be restored by [1.Restore] menu. Note that Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition or other edition has no Backup function.
In SaaS Edition, any backup functions by the user is not provided.
Login with System Administrator Authorization, then open System Setting screen.
Click [Backup] menu button indicated on the left of the screen.
A list of Backups so far will be displayed.
Clicking on [New Backup] button indicated at the top the page, a Backup will be created.
Go back to the List page and check if the new backup is added in the list.
The following sections describe how to restore your data using backup created in this way.
To restore the data, using application, "Questetra BPM Suite Management" that are installed with Questetra BPM Suite.
Before starting Questetra BPM Suite Management, be sure to close Questetra BPM Suite.
If Questetra BPM Suite was not closed, Data would not be restored from backup.
Start Questetra BPM Suite Management by selecting in Windows Start Menu.
A prompt screen will appear.
Some of the menu of BPMS Management is indicated.
[1.Restore] is the one To restore from Backup.
Type '1' on your keyboard and press enter key, then a list of backups will be displayed.
If [Restore] menu could not be chosen because of Questetra BPM Suite is running, menu without number would be displayed, [*.Restore] in prompt screen. In such a case, shut Questetra BPM Suite, then restart Questetra BPM Suite Management.
Each backup in the list has a number at the head, choose the number of backup that you want to use and type it and enter. Data restoration starts.

After the indication above is displayed, press 'Enter' as it says, then choose [9. Exit Console] to end Questetra BPM Suite Management.
