A process flown through the Workflow is recorded as the Business Results. Business data can be browsed or downloaded by pressing Process button in All Process Record menu. You can specify any data entries to narrow the field or any data entries to be displayed. And also you can export it as displayed search result in Excel format or in Google Spread sheet format.
At first, click All Process Record button in left menu in Workflow screen. Then click to choose Process button on target Workflow Definition (Process Model).
* To download the business data, you need to have 'authority of Data Viewer' for the target process model. If there were no process model that you have been authorized, nothing would be displayed in [All Process Record] menu.
A screen to select Search Condition andInclude Process Data into Search Results will be displayed. Select search conditions and display items, then press update button. The list as you specified will be displayed in Search Result section.
When you press Download button on the top of Search Result]section in the screen, a dropdown box opens to select format. Download starts when you click the dropdown box to select.
Export to Google Spread sheet is available only if you're using SaaS edition, and have Enabled Google Apps Connectivity and have set up Consumer Secret.
