With increasing number of users or topics that you are following , it will become difficult to check all of them in the enterprise SNS (Task Feed). "Group Mentions" is how to specify a group which all the users whom you want to tell belong to. Enter name of the group after '%'.
"To Sales section; Detail of Seminar in Tokyo in next month is fixed.", to tell something like this, this convenient feature is provided to Tweet to certain group.
When you Tweet in the way explained in "Tweet out Your Situation and Advise to Your Colleagues", enter '%', then enter part of the name of group which you want to tell.
List of groups which includes those letters you entered will appear. Choose one to specify a group.
Instead of group name, entering part of email address following '%' will show you the list.
Doing so, string of %[*****] is entered in the field. Enter your Tweet after that and Post it, your Tweet will be told to the members of specified group.
Users of specified group can check the Mentioned Tweet in the way explained in "To check Task Feed You Are Mentioned"
