To Follow Topics and to Display “Something about Current State“on my Timeline

In the enterprise SNS feature (Task Feed), you can follow "Topics (keyword / hush tag)" as well as "User (bosses and colleagues)". For example, if you follow a topic "#Delivery", every post and comment that contain the word "#Delivery", will be displayed on your Timeline. Check out and see how you build a topic "#project-XXX" over cross section project, or follow "Popular Topics"。

What's Topic?

In Questetra BPM Suite, we call keywords to be focused as "Topic", type the word starting with [#]. (Need a space or line breaks before and after)

It associates crossover "Tweets", just like "Tag" in most of b-log and "hush tag" in Twitter. Various "Topic" will be there.

Business Objects : "#Billing document", "#Quote Document",etc.
Business Events : "#Delivery", "#Quote", "#Injury",etc.
Organization, Team : "#Project-XXX", "#Ping-pong club",etc.

To Follow A Topic

Sometimes you want to

Check 'Tweets' about certain keyword
Check 'Tweets' evaluated as "Knowledge"

In such a case, follow a "Topics" rather than "Users"

To Follow A Topic Found on The Timeline

Click [Topic] button on 'Tweet' in the Timeline.

Click [Follow] button appears on the right side menu.

Thus 'Tweets' about the Topic that you are focusing on will be displayed in your Timeline. (List of Topics you are following will be displayed on the right side menu after refreshing the screen)

To Follow A Topic by Selecting from "Popular Topics"

Click "Popular Topics" button on the left menu.

Click a topic to follow in the list of Popular Topics.

Click [Follow] button appears on the right side menu.

Thus 'Tweets' about the Topic that you are focusing on will be displayed in your Timeline. (List of Topics you are following will be displayed on the right side menu after refreshing the screen)

To Unfollow Topics.

When you click a topic you already are following, [Unfollow] button will be displayed on the right menu.
