In case that same application monthly, it is possible to launch (start) 'new process', copying business data of past. Also possible to launch reusing deliverable of co-workers and oneself has been involved. Note that copying business data is limited to the items that permitted at the starting. Items that oneself does not have read permission are not copied either.
In order to execute a new process using already started process’s data, first you should open the detail page of the original process.
You can reach the detail page from the pages “My Tasks”, “Offered Tasks” and “My Task Record”.
Note that it is impossible to reach the detail page from the search resultant page at “All Process Record”.
If you have the authority to start the corresponding process, the button “Start Process & Reuse these data” is displayed in the detail screen.
Despite the process’s state (operating or completed), you can reuse the data.
When this process has some available tasks as the first task, the pull-down to select the first task is also displayed. The pull-down is not shown when an available task only exists.
If you press the button “Start Process & Reuse these data” after selecting an available task, the new process starts.
The new process starts as the currently activated version of the process model regardless of the original process model’s version.
You cannot start the same process as another version and other processes.
The values of the original process are already copied and entered to the new process.
Here, the copied values are limited to data allowed to display at the original process and data allowed to enter at the first task.
The data you cannot enter at the first task are not copied to the new process.
