To "Analyze" On Stagnating Process

It is extremely important to find out improving point to make continuous improvement of Workflow with PDCA cycle. With Questetra BPM Suite, it is possible to monitor now how many processes are stagnating, and which process. Have discussion in the team on the measured values, continue to explore "Workflow to be".

To Check Stagnation of Workflow

Caution: "Administrator Authorization" of relevant Workflow definition (Process Model) is required.

1. Click [All Process Record] button on [Side menu].

2. Click [Process Summary] button on the Process model you want to check.

3. Select [Display for each task] in pulldown on top right.

4. Click [Number of Task &Work Time By Task & State] button.

Changing the Scope of Data

To Indicate Only "Operating" Process

In order to see the graphs easier, remove the check on [Completed] and press [Aggregate], only "Operating Process" will be displayed.

To Narrow Down by The Process Start Date

The Target process can be narrowed by its "Process Start Date". For example, it is possible to display "Those not yet completed, in spite of which was filed last month".

 

To Improve Workflow

You can see which process tends to stagnate easily in a Workflow definition (Process model). When stagnation is found, try Process Improvement as following

  • Increase the number of personnel responsible for processing.
  • Split and share the stagnated process.
  • Reducing total number of processes by setting split condition.
