Starting A New Process Model Using Template

Designing workflow "from scratch" is burdensome more than expected. In Questetra BPM Suite, you can arrange templates and create a workflow for your company'sservice. More than 400 free workflow templates are released like "General process" and "Marketing process".

In the Web site of Workflow Sample operated by a Questetra has provided numerous examples of Workflow. All Workflows introduced in Workflow Sample has been attached Process Archive files which can be imported into Questetra BPM Suite.

A Process Archive file has extention of '.qar'. Download and save the Archive file that you want to load on the Questetra BPM Suite in advance.

Pull in the process archive file to the Questetra BPM Suite

  1. Login with authorization for creating Process Model.
  2. Select [Process Model Setting] menu, click [New Model from Archive] button.

  3. Select the Archive file you have downloaded previously, and upload it.
    When the file has uploaded, Process Diagram will be displayed. In this screen, setup the property of the Process Model and the relation of groups that have been used in the Process Model.

Enter Process Model Name, Category, View Priority, and Note at [Edit property]. You don't need to change if you like the setting as it was in an archive file. Under the "Please relate groups in the process Model to groups in your system", setup the Groups in the process model such as the Group assigned to Swimlane etc., to the Groups that you are using in Questetr BPM Suite. This setting is a must. After finishing those setup, click 'Add new process mode' button.

Now import of process model is completed. You also can edit or change the process model later. By activating it, you can operate the process model.
