It is possible to automatically split each task come flowing one after another, by setting "conditional expression" on turning points of a Workflow. But in some cases of 'Approval / Rejection' in requesting Workflow, or to select 'Checked / Revert / Share' in Reporting Workflow, it may be more intuitive and easy to understand to let task processing persons themselves to select the destination task.
No Gateway is used in Process Diagram when setting split by .
Connect multiple flows directly from the Task.
Then, select [The flow moves to the Destination that a user selects. (The number of buttons for executing tasks corresponds with the number of destination)] on Split type in Split Condition setting page. Splitting by Button is set.
Make sure of the 'Destination' to configure [Name of the button] in condition data.
The 'Name of the button' here will be displayed in the task executing screen instead of normal Finish button.
In the Process Diagram, the name will be displayed beside Flows.
Check the Task operating screen from [Operating Task Preview] button in Split Condition page.
In the previewing page there will be three buttons that you setup (five buttons including the default) in line.
Person who executes the task will finish it by clicking the button for the next task.
Note that the order of the buttons are according to the Split Condition setting.
