Make settings to automatically send an email to those in need of consensus-building

Sometimes Email notification feature insertion would be required in process models such cases as "Notify by Email to the administrative division before the token reaches there"," Email notification of process completed for applicants",etc. With Questetra BPM Suite, you can build a system to send "Data embedded email" automatically, setting "Message Throwing Intermediate Event(Email)" in the workflow.

To Setup Automatic Email Sending

Setting automatic email sending will be done by putting "Message Throwing Intermediate Event (Email)" to the Process Diagram, in the middle of the Workflow.

You will find "Message Throwing Intermediate Event (Email)" icon in [advanced] tab in [Process Diagram] page of [Process Modeler]. When a process (token of it) that flow on the Workflow arrives at the Event, Questetra BPM Suite will send an email automatically.

To Setup Address of the Email

With current version 8.1.0 (2011-11-07),
an Email can be sent to

Any Email address
Users specified in the User type data item
Email address entered in String type data item

In User type data item, 'Process Start user' can be specified as initial value. It is possible to send email indirectly to the Process Start user.

To Setup Body of the Email

It is also possible to embed values of 'Process data' to the body of the email, as well as 'any sentence'. You can configure variety of email formats to fit your business.

And, when embedding File type data, uploaded file will be attached to the email.
